Soniah Kamal Reads ‘An Isolated Incident’

Earlier this year, we sat down with Soniah Kamal (author of the wonderful short story, ‘The Breast‘) to discuss her first novel ‘An Isolated Incident‘, why she chose to write about Kashmir – a contentious subject for a country stuck between ownership claims by the two countries it borders, India and Pakistan, who incidentally happen to be historical enemies. Soniah also elucidates her road to publishing and reads out an excerpt from her debut novel.
